Superprint 3D 1K Grey is a cementitious mortar specifically designed for concrete 3D printing. With a
maximum grain size of 2 mm, it enables printing of both thin and thick layers. Its advanced
formulation ensures smooth surface finishes and initiates a high hydration reaction immediately
after extrusion, allowing for fast printing and rapid build-up rates. Depending on the geometry, this
material can even print slight negative angles, up to -10°. The pumping speed ranges from 2 kg/min
to over 30 kg/min, significantly boosting productivity.
Superprint 3D 1K Grey achieves compressive strengths of up to 90 MPa, reduces cracking, and improves long-term durability. This versatile material is ideal not only for architectural products but also for engineering structures, including residential buildings. Its dense matrix ensures exceptional performance even in the most challenging environments and climates.
Superprint 3D 1K Grey is compatible with various 3D printing technologies and performs optimally with continuous mixing pumps, such as MAI and MTec. It is especially recommended for fast robotic printing although it might be used with large gantry systems as well.
