Superprint 3D 2K Grey is a cementitious mortar designed for 3D 2K printing, used with an accelerator
at the mixing printhead. With a maximum grain size of 2 mm, it supports printing both thin and thick
layers. The composition ensures smooth surfaces and a high hydration reaction immediately after
extrusion, allowing printing of extreme negative angles up to 60 degrees, depending on geometry. Its
engineered hydration kinetics enable a build-up rate of 0.6m/min. Pumping speed ranges from 2
kg/min to over 30 kg/min, enhancing productivity.
Superprint 3D 2K Grey achieves a compressive strength of 90 MPa, minimizes cracking, and enhances durability. Despite its high strength, it has a low clinker content, making it environmentally friendly. Compatible with various technologies, it performs optimally with MAI printheads and MAI and MTec pumps. While suitable for both continuous and batch mixers, continuous mixing pumps or a coupled continuous mixer and pump yield the best results.
